Tim qualified at Bristol University in June 1996 and joined the Barker Dental Practice in 1998, becoming practice owner in March 2007.  Tim has attended numerous postgraduate courses on a variety of topics including endodontics, restoring implants, Invisalign orthodontics, temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD), restorative and cosmetic dentistry.  In particular, he has attended the residential courses at the world famous Pankey Institute in Miami and the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Tim continues to build on his knowledge and skill base and strives to advance the practice by investment in new methods, materials and equipment.

Tim has a wonderfully caring and patient chair-side manner, which combined with his years of experience and knowledge provides his patients with exceptional dental care.

Mike qualified at Bristol University in June 1996 with creditations in both Restorative Dentistry and Paedodontics.  Mike joined the Barker Dental Practice as an associate in January 2005 and his lively and enthusiastic approach in addition to his many years of experience in general dentistry have been an asset to the team. Mike continues to expand his knowledge and skills through post graduate education courses. He is attending the year long postgraduate training course in Restorative Dentistry at the Eastman Institute in London, which is one of the most esteemed dental training centres in the world and provides the very best in advanced dental education.

Johann qualified at the University of Pretoria, South  Africa in 1992 and joined The Barker Dental  Practice in August 2008.  He has enhanced our team  with his 16 years of general dentistry experience and  his knowledge and expertise in the areas  of cosmetic dentistry and smile makeovers including  Invisalign orthodontics, full mouth porcelain veneer  cases, and tooth whitening.  Johann continues to expand his breadth of knowledge and hone his dental skills through his post graduate coursework.
