Dr. Tim Barker, B.D.S.

Tim qualified at Bristol University in June 1996 and joined Barker Dental Care in 1998, becoming practice owner in March 2007.  Tim has attended numerous postgraduate courses on a variety of topics including endodontics, restoring implants, Invisalign orthodontics, Inman Aligner orthodontics, temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD), restorative and cosmetic dentistry.  In particular, he has attended the residential courses at the world famous Pankey Institute in Miami and the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Tim continues to build on his knowledge and skill base and strives to advance the practice by investment in new methods, materials and equipment.

Tim has a wonderfully caring and patient chair-side manner, which combined with his years of experience and knowledge provides his patients with exceptional dental care.

 

Dr. Christopher Leech, B.D.S. MJDF (RCS Eng)

Chris qualified at Newcastle University in 2007 and joined Barker Dental Care in November 2011. Chris has been practicing in Hampshire for several years and is very enthusiastic about dentistry. He continually strives to perfect his skills through extensive continued education in such areas as endodontics, implants, and occlusion as well as restorative and cosmetic techniques. Chris has obtained a membership of the Joint Dental Faculties from the Royal College of Surgeons, is a full member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and also sits on the board of the British Dental Association Associates Group. Chris has been very popular with his patients, and he will not only provide our patients with high quality private dentistry but also with excellent customer care.

Dr. Leigh Knowles, B.D.S., Dip Rest Dent (RCS Eng)

Leigh qualified at Liverpool University in 1999 and joined Barker Dental Care in October 2011.  Leigh has enhanced our team with his 12 years of general dentistry experience and his knowledge and expertise in the areas of implants, occlusion, cosmetic/aesthetic dentistry, and management of tooth wear/tooth grinding.  Leigh is a very accomplished dentist and has obtained the prestigious Diploma in Restorative Dentistry from Royal College Of Surgeons of England.  Leigh's warm and friendly manner and excellent communication skills combined with his dental knowledge provide patients with an exceptional quality of care.
